Does your product have a defect? Don’t you like the color? Is the size incorrect?
If you are not satisfied with any of the products purchased from our online store, you may exchange or return it within 14 days of receiving it. In a special Christmas season, exchanges will be extended until 31 January of the following year (applied to purchases between 1 October and 24 December), except in promotional campaigns. You may also send us your article, informing us first of your intent with an email to email@example.com. The articles in question should be sent to the following address:

For returns you should visit our Site > My Account > Order History and click the order that you wish to use for the return
Once you have placed your order, simply click the “Return” button, indicate the reason for the return, follow the packing instructions and send us your article by post (CTT) to the following address:

If you pretend to proceed with a return you should pay attention to the following details:
- We will only accept returns for items in the same state in which they were sent.
- Articles must always be accompanied by their invoice.
- Gustavo Lippi will review the returned product and inform the customer of the right to reimbursement.
We will refund you in a maximum of 2 days, under the assumption that the product is in good conditions.
- The refund of the amount paid will always be made using the same payment method used in the purchase. Shipping costs to our address will always be borne by the customer.
